And that’s why finding the right hairdresser is so important. Salon Tallow founder, a Balmain local, Kylie Clark knows hair. She’s got over 25 years’ experience in the industry, working in salons for some of the world leading hair care and beauty brands such as Clinique, Wella, L’Oreal Professionel, Redken and Pureology. She’s trained by some of the industry's top hairstylists, attended international fashion events and worked backstage with some of the best hair care and beauty professionals.
But that’s only half the equation. And that’s why you’re here. It can be challenging to squeeze in a little ‘you time’ into your week. When you do make time, it should be more than just an appointment, it should be a pleasure. So, when Kylie started Salon Tallow, she set out to create a sanctuary. A place where you can get a cut or colour with a side of happy banter and feel pampered every single minute. We listen, and we care about getting it right. Not the kind of right where you smile weakly at your hairdresser in the salon and go home quietly disappointed. We mean the kind of right where you love your hair cut on the day and love it even more when you realise you can actually style it yourself the next day.
Salon Tallow is not only about hair, but about making our lovely clients feel fabulous. To go the extra mile, we’ve incorporated a spray tanning service for golden glowing skin. We’ve even got a private entrance, so you can sneak out unseen post tan. We use Naked Tan tanning products, an Australian owned, vegan friendly sunless tanning company.
